First Impressions

We're dedicated to making sure that everyone who comes through our doors has the best possible experience, and that starts with having a fantastic first impressions team. We're looking for friendly, outgoing people who are passionate about providing the best possible first impression on our community. First Impressions Opportunities

  • Door Greeter/Holder 

    The Brookside door greeters are a vital part of our Sunday gathering, it truly can make or break whether people return to church. The door holder greets people as they come in from the parking lot, and provides a warm welcome that can set the tone for their entire visit.

  • Ushers

    Church ushers are a vital part of our Sunday gathering. Their goal is to minimize distractions during the worship gathering, they are also responsible for ensuring the safety of all attendees and play an important role in creating a welcoming environment. They are responsible for seating latecomers, helping those with special needs, and directing traffic flow as needed within the worship center.

  • Welcome Team

    The Welcome Team is committed to making our first-time guests feel welcomed. Our team members are happy to answer any questions that may pop up, help our guests find their way around, and provide general assistance during our worship gatherings. We want everyone to feel at home at Brookside. If this sounds like something you could be a part of we'd love to serve alongside you!

  • Café

    Our Barista team ensures that our cafe is prepared for all our worship gatherings. They brew delicious coffee, take orders, and are always friendly and welcoming. Their hard work makes our café a place where people can gather and connect with each other.

  • Parking Lot Team

    Parking Lot team provide a friendly face and parking assistance to our guests and church members. They are the first visible representation of our church, and their warm greeting sets the tone for a wonderful worship experience.
